Where is the festival held on Friday, August 9th?
Everyone is welcome to attend the pre-show reception and cocktail hour. The event is included in the price of your ticket. The reception will be catered with hors-d'oeuvres by EOP's Community Food For Jobs Program (CFJP) Bistro. There will be wine, beer, and refreshments available for purchase.
Am I allowed to bring food and beverages to the festival on Saturday?

The Ferrario Southern Tier Jazz Festival is an outdoor event held rain or shine. Our planning and operations team keeps a close eye on the forecast for the weekend. In the event of a major storm, Saturday's concert will move indoors to the Ernie Davis Community Center at the Economic Opportunity Program. The address for the Ernie Davis Community Center is 350 E 5th St, Elmira, NY 14901.
While there will be food and drinks available for purchase at the event, you are allowed to bring your own food and beverages. Coolers are allowed but are subject to inspection by volunteers at the entrance to the festival. For your health and safety, no glassware or bottles is allowed. Abiding by age and legal limits, alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Can I bring a canopy to sit under outside?
Yes! It is free for all children 12 & under to attend the festival. Any students can purchase a discounted tickets for Saturday's event.
All non-service animals are not allowed at the festival.
